It was a long week that started with a suspected case of Roseola, though no rash appeared, capped by yet another ear infection for our boy. Almost a full 7 days later, the fever is gone and the appetite is back. The incessant whining which we attributed to the illess(es) has not stopped.

It was hot this weekend. Too hot. To escape the heat on Sunday, we headed to the Seaside Heights boardwalk to cool off and have lunch. Casey did not enjoy the corn dog, although he did eat a slice of pizza.

Before the boardwalk, we got Casey's haircut again. I mention this because Carrie let me tell the stylist how we wanted to cut his hair, and I told her to use the clipper to buzz it. There was some initial panic, but she agreed that it is a nice haircut.
