Some additional photos from our trip

After our first meal in Maine.

Casey playing Yahtzee.

At the Trolley Museum. It wasn't raining, but it wasn't sunny. Casey got to go on two trolley rides.

Some rainy day puzzles.

The 4th of July Parade in Ocean Park. Casey collected some candy and a plastic indian from the various floats.

4th of July sun...after the thunderstorm.

Tommy told Casey he would get him a horse off a weather vane in the neighbors yard. He still hasn't stopped talking about Tommy getting him a horse. If Tommy shows up with a live horse at my house, I will have to hurt him.

Sun, Day 2

The sun was out most of the day today. The ladies took Casey to the
annual Ocean Park Fourth of July parade in the morning, then we got to
spend some time on the beach again before Grandma's friends came for a
barbeque with their granddaughter, Ally. Even though Ally has a
boyfriend, she and Casey hit it off - she asked him to come live with
her, and invited him to a birthday party once he is four. It's a
safety issue due to the bouncehouse. Casey passed out almost
immediately after they left.

Beach

We finally got to spend some time on the beach this afternoon. Casey
was hesitant at first, but eventually covered himself in sand. The
only way he would go in the water was while being held upside down,
which kept his feet dry.

Feeding Ducks

We visited Leigh on Saturday, and Casey got to feed the ducks. It's
a good thing bread cannot hurt them, because there is no throwing
softly.

This morning, at Casey's insistence, we had to find Daddy. After locating him, we had to go downstairs for milk & so he could do his machine. As I was setting the nebulizer up, he looked at me and said (in Caseyspeak), "sanks for carrying me MOMMY" and then got a huge smile on his face.
I didn't take any pictures of our Father's Day event--The (NJ) Rubs & Zukes came over for dinner. Casey enjoyed some man time playing with Grandpa & Poppa. If anyone has photos, email them & they'll get posted...otherwise, you're out of luck for a photo today.

Casey loves ice cream so much that he was sticking his tongue (and nose) into the cone in an effort to get the remaining ice cream out.

Sesame Place

Cousin Brady is in town with Aunt Jen and Uncle Danny. They arrived on Thursday.

Friday, we all went to Sesame Place. Despite threatening weather reports, we had great weather.

Casey wanted nothing to do with the rides, or at least the dry ones.

On Sunday, we had a barbeque at our house. The boys had a great time together.

Our little artist decided to color this morning...on one of his chairs, the floor, the bannister & railing, and part of his kitchen. I only thought to take a picture after I had cleaned off all but this bannister. Luckily, we thought to buy washable crayons for the boy, so clean up was easy. The hard part was not laughing when we saw the damage.

He may not go to sleep easily and he's taken to throwing himself on the floor whilst wailing if he doesn't get what he wants, but he's 2 so it's expected. He's still awfully cute & I wouldn't trade him for anything.
